Listen to short audio message from Susan Levin about Speaker Services

Susan Levin is a publisher, speaker, seminar leader and marketing consultant for speakers and authors. Based in Los Angeles since 1975, Susan has owned and created businesses ranging from a clothing line, a single's organization, lecture series and symposiums to publishing magazines. In 1992 she sold the well-known Los Angeles-based magazine Conscious Connection which she published for seven years and began publishing the print edition of Speakers For Free and Fee Directory.

After eight years of publishing the print Directory she made a decision to discontinue the print publication and pour all of her efforts and energy into the web edition of Speaker Services: http://speakerservices.com. She's seen this exciting trend coming since 1994 when she began the Speaker Services web edition. She recognized that increasingly, consumers and business people are conducting more and more of their daily affairs on the Internet.

Susan Levin has created a unique and much needed service and has tapped into a niche market for her business. Her mandate is supporting professional people in growing their business through speaking.

Now millions of people can find out about speakers and authors through this rich resource and handle their event planning needs quickly and easily in the one-stop-shopper directory.

Jean-Noel Bassior

Meet Jean-Noel Bassior, Editor of Speaker Services
Author, Journalist, Book Mentor

Jean-Noel coaches the fastest way to pitch your book and article ideas to agents and editors.

Learn to dissolve the fear barrier and create a step-by-step game-plan for getting published. Find out how agents and editors think and how to look like you know what you're doing - even if you've never played the publishing game.

- Pitch your book or article with confidence.
- Target the people who want to see your idea.
- Act like a pro - even if you've never been published.
- Hone your idea and find a hook or angle.
- Create a powerful query letter that sells agents and editors on your idea.
- Heal writer's block and fear of rejection.
- Develop the belief that you can and will get published - no matter what has happened in the past.

As a book mentor: Total Support, coaches authors through every phase of the book-writing process, from focusing the idea to getting published. This intense, personal program is geared to those who know they have a book in them but need help getting started.

Authors learn how to clarify their idea, plan the book, find their voice, research and conduct interviews, organize large amounts of material and overcome "writer's block" (easily dissolved) and the inner critic that feeds procrastination. Students break the fear barrier and begin writing the book they've held inside for years.

Jean-Noel Bassior is a journalist who specializes in celebrity interviews. Her work has appeared in many publications, including Redbook, Parade, McCall's, Woman's World and AARP The Magazine, and she's been syndicated worldwide by The New York Times and Knight Features (London). She is the author of Space Patrol: Missions of Daring in the Name of Early Television published by McFarland.

Specializing in conceiving, structuring, writing, sweetening & evaluating speeches & presentation coaching

Does any of this sound like you?

- You need presentation coaching
Your game is together, but you want to dramatically step up to the next level of income and reputation and to do that you need to sharpen your skills

 -You need a speech written
You'd be a great speaker... if you only had a great speech...with a dynamite opening, belly-laugh humor, intelligent structure, colorful stories, maximum audience involvement, and a tear-jerker closing...or maybe you already have a speech or two, but they need sweetening.

 - You need to create a workshop series
You have some ideas but you're not really sure the best way to go. Maybe you have a speech and need to convert it to a workshop or seminar.

- You need product
Everybody knows that speakers need back-of-the-room product, that's where the money is. You'd love to have a book, workbook, cassette tapes, CD's, but how do you go about it? -

- You need to be branded

Your work is special, but you don't really know how to communicate that to the world so that it sings pops jumps off the page and shakes hands.

 - You need to be marketed
You know you need a video demo, a killer one-sheet, dynamite marketing plan, strategic alliance with a speaker's bureau, but...

YOU NEED JACK
