Susan Levin's MediaSpeak Symposium was a fabulous training on how to
approach the media and speak your message in a way that is arresting
and newsworthy. For any professional who wants to be seen and

Take the price of any Speaker Services program and know you’ll get five
times the value. Jack Barnard and Susan Levin deliver tons of
expertise with heart. You can’t find a better team.
- Dawna Jones, Speaker, Author, Insight Out Consulting Inc.
What phenomenal results! I pitched nine people and got five offers
simply and only because of what I learned at the Symposium. I
have never had such an immediate application of a newly learned skill
with such positive results.
- Pam Hogan, Trainer, Author Keeping People out of Prison one Training at a Time
The Symposium felt like family. So much care and dedication.
All of the presenters were outstanding.
- Cecilia Mota
I received great affirmation and clarity about my mission and vision
from the MediaSpeak Symposium. I now have the words, spirit
and action plan for success.
I landed five media gigs from the Pirch Fest.

Thank you for having the seminar on Audio Acrobat at the
Symposium. I was introduced to lots of new information
(especially the podcasting on I-tunes) that was vital and I am glad to
have met David Barrett, he's a huge resource.
- Doug Kinnear, Author
As
a result of the intensive days that I spent at the "MediaSpeak
Symposium," the following day at a networking meeting, I gave my most
effective Round Robin talk ever. Though I only had thirty seconds to
"pitch" at the networking group, more than ten people approached me
after the meeting asking for more info. and for my brochure (previously
five had been my highest number.)
Also, I interviewed two architects for a building restoration project
that I am involved with and the interviews flowed smoothly as a
direct result of what I learned about the
most
important points to address in an interview.
- Elaine Wilson, GardensByDesign with GardensToGo®

The fact that there were twenty different media reps in the room to hear my pitch was awe-inspiring.
The fact that there were two days of master training beforehand to prepare me to pitch was priceless.
If you want to do something, do it right. The MediaSpeak Symposium is so right.

team, and I learned so much. This will definitely push my
business to the next level.
- Sue Harrison-Haber, Addiction Specialist, Speaker, Author
I had a wonderful time. I could tell the Symposium was very well put
together. The attendees all were well prepared in their
pitches. I’m sure I’ll be using some of them as experts and
guests on future talk shows that I produce. I would love to be a
part of another next year!

I
don't know of any other place where you can pitch to various media and
get up to fifteen different radio, television and print media gigs in
one afternoon!
Imagine the possibilities of what that can do for anyone's message.
You
provided a golden opportunity for each person there and we had the
additional benefit of networking with thirty other participants who
have connections to other media. If we did the math, there are,
at the very least forty five opportunities to get the word out.
Thank you for honing and amplifying my message Susan & Jack.
You offer media magic.

Thank you for an absolutely superb event, Susan.
I felt especially privileged to attend as both student
and
media representative. I gained clarity around my radio show, developed
a fantastic two-minute pitch and made lots of connections with amazing
people. Magic happens when you're in a room full of people committed to
making the world a better place - and magic certainly happened at your
MediaSpeak event!-

Jacquie Jordan & Susan Levin
As
usual Susan Levin showed her caring and interest in
everyone's welfare, as she made sure that attendees got the
most out of the weekend. Jack Barnard was inspiring,
stimulating and just an overall great master of ceremonies, teacher and
coach. The media coaches were generous with their time and
feedback. It was all very helpful to me and I walked away with
numerous media bookings and hopefully even more opporunities to come in
the near future. A truly great event!
- Todd Creager, LCSW, LMFT (Todd back left)
I enjoyed helping attendees streamline their pitches--and look forward
to interviewing many of them on my radio program. What a valuable
service you offer!
- Jacqueline Marcell, author of Elder Rage and producer & host of the Coping With Caregiving Internet radio program

Within one week of attending Get The Word Out,
I had E Entertainment TV camera crew video taping me for a show.
Next week I shoot “Voices of Tomorrow” TV show discussing Teenage
Obesity and soon I will be on an NPR radio show. All these
connections happened solely because of Get The Word Out. It
is a such great experience. Invest in yourself and get YOUR word
out.

It was an INCREDIBLE weekend! The vast knowledge that was shared
by all the presenters and the intense education that I gained will make
me successful light years sooner. I could not be happier that I
attended the event. I cannot thank you and Norma enough for
all your efforts!
- Teri Harrison, RBN - Los Angeles County

The symposium was a great opportunity to put people-with-ideas together
with people-looking-for-ideas. Many of the attendees pitching me
enthusiastically mentioned how much they had learned in the symposium,
and it must have worked — While not all projects were appropriate for
our publication, the attendees presented themselves clearly and
articulately, making it easier for me to evaluate what they were
presenting, and to work with them to try to find an approach that might
make it suitable for us.

Yesterday was electric. I enjoyed the interaction, the
creativity, the energy immensely. You did a super job.
- Stan Corwin
I came home from the workshop transformed, with resources,
inspiration and media contacts lined up to promote my book.

___________
The
"Get the Word Out" symposium blew me away. In my own experience,
and in observing other participants' experience, whatever limitations
one felt with regard to getting their message to a greater audience,
all the resources were there to move forward as far as the eye can
see. Resources ran the gamut, from technology to strategic
positioning information straight from the horse's mouth to real world
contacts to emotional and spiritual support. Even the presenters
seemed surprised and delighted.
Two different personalities of Susan and Norma committed to work
together to serve their constituencies in a major way, and girl did
they ever. The whole was greater than the sum of the parts.
Everything clicked. From the opening remarks, which set an
intention for the greatest good for all, to the closing comments, which
confirmed the individual and collective successes beyond expectations,
every detail had been covered to maximize the opportunities.
What was perhaps most remarkable was that in an industry - the media -
which is stereotypically cutthroat and cold-hearted, the atmosphere was
of professional genuine interest and support. It was business,
all right, but business on the up and up, business we can all be proud
to be part of.

I've been to more more conventions, seminars, sales training programs
than I care to mention. Your "Get the Word Out" seminar is right up
there with the best of them. As a veteran of more than 20 segment
spots, the information your attendees received was invaluable.
Congratulations on a job well done!
- Ron Arciaga, Accent Digital
____________
Susan, thanks again for inviting me to be a speaker at the symposium
this weekend. I greatly enjoyed a chance to contribute to the program
and also the opportunity to meet so many interesting, talented
entrepreneurs. I am sure I will be in touch with several of them moving
forward as I go out far and wide with my "Diplomacy Diva"
communications coaching. I'm sure many great partnerships were formed
this weekend and you should be proud for being the catalyst that made
it all possible!
The caliber of speakers was truly impressive and I learned even more
than I had hoped. My time with Jack during the break-out groups was a
phenomenal success and helped me get clearer on my future plans. Due to
the tremendous effort by you and your co-planners the entire weekend
was a resounding success and I am proud to have been a part of
it--bless you for the hard work that went into making the weekend a
reality!

The weekend was awesome. It was like a group a friends coming together
to share wisdom, knowledge and information. The speakers and the
attendees alike were all imparting information. This was not a group of
strangers attending an event - it was a gathering that exceeded the
expectations of everyone.
- Celia Murray-Campbell
___________
What I liked most was the Meet The Media section. I loved the way it
was presented, how open they were to hearing us, how supportive they
(the media experts) were and interested! They made it easy to speak to
them. The response to my pitch was miraculous. I am excited and
confident that I have unlimited opportunities!
- Joan Hangarter

came out knowing my purpose and my path. It was amazing!
