Is the quest to “be more, do more, have more” leaving you deeply unsatisfied? Are you doing what you're meant to do? If you're feeling it's time to reorder your priorities and focus on what's really important, Fredda Wasserman's heartfelt, interactive talk is meant for you. She'll help you say goodbye to a life-style that leads to burn-out and discover the things that bring meaning, passion, and purpose to your life.

Her 5-step formula helps you calm your mind, nourish your soul, and find creative solutions to life's challenges. “We've been raised since birth to do more, achieve more, have more - until we exhaust ourselves,” says Fredda, who has 30 years experience helping people create the life of their dreams. “As they connect with their inner wisdom through guided imagery, meditation and art, people find answers within themselves” she adds. While she often works with those whose lives have been changed by illness or crisis, she notes that her 5-step formula works equally well for those not facing trauma.

Through relaxation exercises, art, and guided imagery, you'll experience her life-changing concepts first-hand and emerge refreshed and renewed. She creates customized workshops for mental health clinicians, clergy, physicians, hospital and hospice staff, and small groups or businesses, and her workshop fits into any conference -as a calming “break” where participants can relax and recharge.

Her topics include:

Healing the Healer: A Self-Care Workshop

Art and Guided Imagery for Health and Healing

Baby Boomers' Journey through the Midlife Passage

Let the Healing Begin: Calm Your Mind and Nourish Your Soul

A specialist in working with individuals in transition in their quest for meaning, Fredda Wasserman, MA, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, received her Masters degree in Health Education and Health Administration from the UCLA School of Public Health and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She's the Director of Programs at Our House, a grief support center in Los Angeles.

Fredda presents workshops and retreats for medical and mental health professionals nationwide, and has created a series of guided imagery/meditation CDs. You'll leave her inspiring talk feeling renewed, refreshed, replenished and able to turn away from the chaos and stress of the outer world, quiet your internal chatter, and listen to your inner voice.
