North Wood

Topics: Creativity, Education, Motivational, Personal Development

Areas: Nationwide, S. California

Are you frustrated because you're not expressing the talents and special qualities that make you unique? "There is logic and reason behind the brilliance of great talents and successes," says violinist North Wood, who can be heard on the soundtracks of over 200 major movies and hit TV shows and has appeared with Barbra Streisand, John Williams, Ray Charles and other musical legends. "Once you understand the state of mind and level of awareness of people who are talented, the mystery of talent disappears and you can rise to whatever level you want," says North Wood, whose inspiring talk gives you everything you need to start freeing your creativity and expressing yourself fully right now.

As a professional performer, North Wood has dealt with failures and disappointments on the road to success, and he shows how to handle these obstacles with powerful techniques he has learned as a clinical therapist. These techniques will guide you on your personal journey of creativity and self-awareness to find success and achievement.

Of course, live music is a major part of all Wood's presentations. He performs it to illustrate his points, and audiences are treated to flashy showpieces and a beautiful melodic selection as a finale. The classical music element of North Wood's talks is perfect for banquets, breakfasts and luncheons, as your audience is treated to music while they enter, get seated, dine and converse. (All music is free of charge and complete with accompaniment.) So get set to enjoy some great music as you learn how to release and develop your own creativity!

The Difference Between "Doing the Best You Can" and "Doing Whatever it Takes"

The Learning Process of the Child Prodigy and How it Applies to You
Through stories and musical examples, this program will take you on an in-depth journey into the nature of beliefs, thoughts and attitudes and make you aware of your own creative genius.

The Joy of Hard Work and Commitment
Great talents understand that growth, commitment and success can only be achieved through hard work. Discover the thrill of long-term commitment and a lifetime of passion.

The Laws of Personal Change
On the road to any goal there must be constant changes and adjustments if success is to be attained.  Through powerful techniques, this program will show you how to change your life for the better.

Creating the Vision
Before any goal can be achieved, the completed vision must come first. People who are talented have the ability to stand back and see the bigger picture, but this is a skill that must be developed and practiced. This program will teach you how to master this skill.

Developing a Strong Sense of Confidence
Great talents know exactly who they are and what they must do to succeed and are in denial about nothing. We make the mistake of believing that only focusing on the things we do very well will give us confidence. The truth is, confidence is attained by having a complete understanding of self, which includes good and bad and otherwise.

As a celebrated violinist, North Wood has won music competitions, played on the soundtracks of Academy Award-winning movies, including Schindler’s List, and has performed major violin concertos with noted symphony orchestras.
