Anastasios Nestoras, Ph. D., CNM, graduated from the University of Athens, Greece and earned his M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Los Angeles, California. Through the years, he has specialized in nutrition, strength development programs, weight loss/management, and health concerns such as diabetes, heart conditions, cholesterol and blood pressure. Additionally, Anastasios is certified in live-blood analysis. Currently, he serves as Director of The Wellness Center in Marina del Rey, CA, staffed by doctors specializing in sports medicine, orthopedic surgery, osteopathy, and general medicine.
Dr. Nestoras has been honored with numerous national awards for outstanding achievements in his field and has taught courses in health and fitness at Loyola Marymount University, Pacific State University, and various high schools and elementary schools in California. A former athlete, he has competed in track and field, discus and volleyball events and trained Leonardo Halberg, world champion in high jump.
